Development of life skills

This service assists participants to develop and maintain important life skills, e.g. Learning about public transport, Resumes, Taxes, Saving skills, Social
Skills, Physical activity skills etc

Therapeutic supports

Assists participants to access various support services that are therapeutic to participants. E.g. Physiotherapy, Psychology, Counselling, Occupational therapy, Massage therapy etc.

Household tasks

This service assists participants to maintain their general area of living including. E.g. Cleaning, Gardening, Basic indoor & outdoor home maintenance, Laundry/Linen, Meal preparation

Personal activities

This service assists participants with home and personal care such as Personal care, Personal hygiene, Showering, Oral hygiene, Dressing and Grooming, Eating and Drinking etc

Community

Assist participants to attend areas in the community.

E.g. Shopping trips, Appointments, Local Parks, Creative Arts, Libraries, RSLs, Interests Groups such as Painting, Knitting, Poker Games etc.

Life stage transition

Assists participants' capacity to transition from one life stage to another, e.g. High School to University, we provide services such as peer support, mentoring, mental health recovery, coaching etc.
