CHELSEA ELMER

My name is Chelsea, and I am an Occupational Therapist based within the Western Suburbs of Sydney. 

My previous Occupational Therapy roles have been varied and include a background within the NDIS space in both Paediatric and Aged Care therapy and report writing, in addition to working for an equipment supplier specialising in prescribing and scripting custom equipment solutions. I love having a varied caseload and continue to participate in Professional Development activities, as I thrive on developing my knowledge and skill in order to be the best therapist I can! 

I love being around people and have a passion for assisting my clients to be their best selves and to help them reach goals that are meaningful to them. 

I enjoy music, the outdoors, being a mum and spending all my spare time with my family and friends.
